The crash
A Stuttgart trattoria, Saturday at 21:00, four waiters on iPads, the legacy TSE module froze mid-service. Receipts queued, kitchen in confusion, owner on the phone with support that closed at 18:00.

The rebuild
The first version of Vetka was a 2-person fix for that one venue. Then another venue asked. Then five. Each rebuild driven by an operator at our table, not a customer ticket.
